Les Clots du Sauze 2

Description

Between Ubaye and Durance, at an altitude of 1000 metres, in a typical Alpine village overlooking Lake Serre-Ponçon, this contemporary flat sleeps up to 2 people.

Thanks to its geographical position, you can take advantage of the Port Saint Pierre and Savines-le-Lac water sports centres, as well as the nearby winter sports resorts of Réallon, Saint Jean Montclar and Les Orres.
There is also a wide choice of mountain and outdoor activities such as hiking, rafting, mountain biking, kayaking, etc.

The Les Clots du Sauze gîte sleeps 2 all year round. 60m² in size, it comprises:
- a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed.
-a shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin
-a large living area:
a kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob and oven.
-a dining area.
-a lounge area with corner sofa, coffee table and television.
- a garden area with furniture

The living area (kitchen, dining room and lounge) has direct access to the terrace.

This flat is located on the ground floor and offers uninterrupted views of the mountains and the village of Le Sauze.

Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge, as are a high chair and cot on request.

A security deposit by cheque will be requested on arrival.
